Memorial Day Weekend-2008

Hi Everyone: Just got back from a really nice weekend Camping with Family and Friends. We spent the weekend at our local County park. We have been camping there with friends for years. It was great to be away from home, but it was even nicer that the campground was only a 15min drive, saved on gas! Espeically since gas today was $4.09 for regular, we don't even want to talk about diesel. There were 10 families in our circle and 27 children ranging from 6months to 15 years old! So like I always say "If you don't like kids this isn't the weekend for you." But we enjoy spending the weekend with everyone and I always look forward to seeing how much the kids have grown. We had a special surprise this year because our nephew Nicholas joined us for a night of camping. Gary's sister Kim also came out for a few hours on Sunday. When PaPa asked Jeremiah and Josiah how camping was, there answer was "Sweet". So that sums it up! Looking forward to the next trip out with the trailer around the 12th of June. We will then be off to the Sand Dunes on the west side of the state. Hope your beginning to enjoy your summer! Chat with you all soon. Grandma Cheryl

Hi Everyone: Here are some New Pictures of the Grand-Kids. They are growing so fast. Our Little Elizabeth is doing just fine. She experienced the hot tub for the first time, well at least her feet did. She seemed to enjoy it!
