Cristan the Boys and Papa climbed to the top of this light house on Lake Michigan. Elizabeth was sleeping so I stayed and watched over her. Thank you Elizabeth, those stairs would of been to much for this Grandma!

Hoisin sauce is a dark brown sauce that comes in a small jar. It might be with the Asian foods at the store. I usually find it at Walmart and I know I've seen it at Meijer but I don't remember which area it's in.
It's different than soy sauce or teriyaki sauce but just as dark.
